This is the regular meeting of the Somerville Planning Board. The Planning Board holds public hearings and grants permits for special districts, such as Planned Unit Developments. As of 7/31/10, the agenda is not available, but the following are current issues that may be discussed:

• Federal Realty application to amend the Assembly Square PUD Preliminary Master Plan to bring it in line with the recently approved Assembly Square FEIR.
• Ocean State Job Lots tenancy on 299 Broadway
• One Benton Road subdivision, which may now be in litigation.

This meeting deals with ongoing and sometimes controversial Somerville developments: Assembly Square, One Benton Road, and Ocean State Job Lots at 299 Broadway.
